Every endeavor is made to dispatch your goods within a maximum of 28 days of receipt of your order. If this proves not to be possible we will contact you. Dispatch may be fulfilled in more than one parcel or consignment. Items are usually dispatched as they become available. Regardless of the number of deliveries you will only be charged the same over-all delivery charge per order.
Order cancellation
You may cancel your order within "Your Account" in the eShop. Please note that cancellations are only possible until the order is processed in our system. Processed orders will be delivered and in this case need to be returned.
Returns / Refund / Damaged Goods
If an item arrives with you in a less than satisfactory please return it to us within 14 days or 28 days if overseas and we will either offer a full refund or arrange for a replacement to be despatched.
Returns can be made within 14 days and only in original, undamaged packaging. Refunds will only be issued for products in perfect, unused condition. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty.
Please return items to the address below and include a note stating your name, order number, the reason for return and the action desired.
The replacement item or refund will be issued as soon as the original item arrives back with us.

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted or disliked after the initial cooling off period usually 7 days from receipt. This applies to all customers in and outside the United Kingdom.
You must contact us within 14 days exceeding the delivery notice we gave. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels which are not reported to us within this period.
